Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wild-Life Bikes purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be in new, unused condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

How to Return:

1. Email us at support@wildlifebikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
